"Hal Sutton is one of the most impressive ball strikers I have ever witnessed. Hal figured out how to compress the ball when he was young and repeated his simple move over and over again. It was a joy to watch. Hal was always a good driver of the ball having won on some of the worlds most difficult courses. Hal understands that golf is played between the ears as well. He knew how to think! More importantly though, Hal is a great man and a solid citizen. I always love being around him and taking in a good story."

“Hal Sutton has been a great influence on my son Drew, who’s headed off to play D-1 college golf at the University of Houston. Hal has done it all in the game of golf, having literally seen everything there is to see in the game over the last 40-50 years, spanning from Ben Hogan to Tiger Woods.
