“Hal Sutton has been a great influence on my son Drew, who’s headed off to play D-1 college golf at the University of Houston. Hal has done it all in the game of golf, having literally seen everything there is to see in the game over the last 40-50 years, spanning from Ben Hogan to Tiger Woods. Hal obviously brings an encyclopedia of knowledge and experience to his students, but what is really awesome is that he brings it with great passion and energy. Hal takes special interest in his students which they feel, and it is both very powerful and genuine. My son has learned a ton about the ‘why’ regarding ball flight from Hal, but he has also learned a lot about the game in general and about life as well. We feel very lucky that Drew has been able to spend time with a golf legend like Hal Sutton and to get to learn from him.”
